DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

I’m a Delivery & Shipping Policy section. I’m a great place to update your customers about your shipping methods, packaging and costs. Use plain, straightforward language to build trust and make sure that your customers stay loyal!

We start working to despatch your shoes once you place an order. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched.

  • Kindly take note that Pre-Order will take approximately 2-3 weeks to manufacture a pair of shoes after your order have been placed. 

  • Delivery working process will take 5-7 days business days (Except Sunday and holidays), depending on your geographical location. 

  • Please be aware that we are at the mercy of our shipping partners and there can be unforeseen delays in customs or with the delivery

  • If for some reason you received damaged merchandise or the wrong product has been sent to you by mistake, we gladly accept unused, undamaged merchandise in original packing for returns and exchanges

*Any failed delivery due to incorrect informations, thus additional charges for reshipping will be chargable to the buyer

Manual Payment

Please make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference and send the transaction details to johnbertonline@gmail.com Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. We will cancel your order after 3 days if we haven’t received your payment receipt.

Shipping Worldwide

Yes, we do. Make sure your shipping address is correct! Please provide your full shipping address in Latin alphabet characters only.

 

Please note that for orders outside the US, you might be charged additional import taxes or customs fees. We do not cover any import fee or duties, you can get an estimate of what you will be charged using any online duty calculator. 

We want you to be happy with your new purchase, so if you open your goods and find they are not quite right for you, please email us at johnbertonline@gmail.com by stating your order number. We will then email you the return instructions on how to send back to us.

SERVICES CARE

I’m a Customer Services Care section. I’m a great place to write a long text about your company and your services, and, most importantly, how to contact your store with queries. Writing a detailed Customer Care policy is a great way to build trust and reassure your customers that they can buy with confidence.

60 Days Services Care

John Bert offers 60 days services care to all our customers. While we hope you never have to use this, but if you do, it's there for you. 

  • Upon received item, service care will activate automatically.

  • Return products must be unworn, undamaged, and must include original John Bert packaging.

  • This service care will not refund any payment.

  • Once item are returned to us we will check it carefully, if the damaged by non natural phenomenon will take charge fees before we email or contact you to take action.

  • After check out, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged, 

 

How to take care your leather shoe?

Roughout leather is created using a reverse-suede technique unique to our tannery where we simply highlight the inside of a full grain leather. Nubuck leather is a full grain leather with a buffed top surface that creates a fine, velvety nap. Both of these leathers are as strong and durable as leathers.

Nubuck & Suede lends a wide variety of accessories, from boots, moccasins, sandals and dress shoes to Western-style jackets, a rugged but subdued style. Unlike regular leather, Nubuck features a buffed or sanded surface, giving it a gentler, velvet-like texture. While this makes for a softer quality, it also makes Nubuck more susceptible to wear and tear, which heightens the need for regular care. With just a little maintenance, your Nubuck will last through the years, even as trends come and go.

 

Rub out stains, dirt and smudges carefully with a rubber eraser. After rubbing the stain, brush the Nubuck gently with a plastic-tipped or rubber-tipped brush or a Nubuck brush.

Try keep it clean 

While water might be the worst, dirt and salt aren't far behind when it comes to natural threats to your footwear. Brush mud off as soon as it dries before applying a cleaner that’s compatible with your shoes’ material.

Adding a protective coat will help in the long run, can take Product Care Travel/Gift Kit in your bag so you can take care of your gear when you’re out and about.
